Retained hourly services for Business Analysis-as-a-Service. We offer:

1 year plans
Available 24x7x365
8, 40 or 80 hour blocks
Bookable online
Perfect for filling gaps or Service Trials

For smaller projects or businesses that don't require an FTE. You can use your retained hours as you need them, always getting our most qualified experts, no matter your time zone.

Slots are bookable online and will sync with a freelancers calendar so you know you will have the resource there when you need. Perfect if you also want to trial our services before any larger commitments.

Payment is required upfront to secure hours for 12 months in advance

Individual Scrum Events

For help with any scrum events you maybe having a resource shortfall to facilitate. We can help with ad-hoc timeboxed requests for:

Sprint Planning - 2 Hours
Daily Scrums - 15 minutes
Sprint Reviews - 90 minutes
Sprint Retrospectives - 2 hours
Three Amigos - 1 hour
General Consultancy between events - 1 hour

Billing will be done after each event unless part of a larger SoW

Packaged Sprints

If you need regular cadence on your sprint events, then we have packaged up the Individual Scrum Events into 1, 2 and 6 sprint long products.

Each sprint is 2 weeks, and each sprint has:

1 Sprint Planning session
9 Daily Scrums
1 Sprint Review
1 Sprint Retrospective

Billing cycle is done per sprint

We have placed FTE's with a number of companies after contract services have ended. We typically offer:

Transfer Fee of 5% for existing Freelancer to FTE
Fixed fee of 10% for FTE placement
